Enneagram Typing Sessions
The Enneagram is a Powerful Tool for Getting Unstuck and Gaining Insight about Ourselves and Our Relationships
The Enneagram is like microscope that provides the intricate details of 9 human personality patternsThese patterns shape how we perceive reality and are prone to behave. Knowing our type is like finding key pieces of the puzzle that explain much about the repeated struggles we face. I administer an Enneagram inventory to all individuals and couples that I work with. I find that the knowledge gained from the Enneagram results provides great insight and helps clients understand themselves and/or their partners and meet their coaching goals.

Typing Sessions
Individual Sessions
Determining one’s Enneagram Type is more challenging than many other psychological typologies (like Myers-Briggs, DiSC, etc.). The Enneagram focuses on the motivations that underlie our ego, our everyday self. Our dominant ego Type is often buried beneath what we think we want or who we think we should be.
In typing sessions we will peel back layers to both identify your Type and then to look at pathways that support you in stepping out of the box of your Type. Having understanding related to the tendencies that are attached to our personalities as humans help us function better with ourselves and in our relationships.
Typing Sessions
In working with partners, we look at how types interact. We explore patterns that lead to common struggles and to the perspectives that enable each person to thrive in the relationship. I’ve heard many couples say they wished that Enneagram learning had been a part of their premarital preparations. An understanding of the Type-pairing is like getting a User’s Manual with a clear Trouble Shooting guide for the relationship.
